The machine has counters but how do I access these counters and what do they mean?

There are various counters available on your machine. To access them you need to print the system configuration list.


  1. Press Reports key on the control panel.
  2. Press Set.
  3. Press the right or left arrow key until SYSTEM SETUP appears and press Set.

Listed at the bottom of the report are a number of counters. These counters are (for example):

Laser MFC models
0000125 = Total Pages Printed
00087 = Copies
00045 = Printed pages
00087 = Faxes Received

Laser FAX models
0000000 = Total Pages Printed
00087 = Copies
00000 = Printed pages
00087 = Faxes Received

Inkjet models
022222022=Head Life of the Ink Cartridges
0000125 = Total Pages Printed
00087 = Copies
00045 = Printed pages
00087 = Faxes Received
