FAQs & Troubleshooting

Vertical streaks appear in my copies.

These types of lines are typically caused by dirt on the print head or dirt/white out on the scanner unit. The scanner unit is the mechanism that reads the documents that are being sent or copied. The print head then prints the image.
This situation is usually resolved by cleaning the white pressure bar and the scanner glass strip with a clean, soft, dry, lint free cloth and also by cleaning the print head.

If you continue to experience vertical lines, repeat the cleaning process. If the situation persists after multiple cleanings, contact our Customer Service Center.

We recommend unplugging the power cord for safety.
