Charge Empty
To clear the Charge Near Empty or Charge Empty message, press Stop and then charge printable pages.
Charge Printable Pages
Use WeChat MiniProgram "兄弟云充" to charge printable pages. When the charge is empty, operations subject to billing cannnot be performed. If the number of printable pages becomes near empty, it is recommended to charge it.
An administrator account is required to charge printable pages.

The following printing is not subject to billing. These operations are possible even if the charge is empty.
- Print Quality Check Sheet
- Adjustment Sheet (Alignment)
- Network Configuration Report
- WLAN Report
- Start WeChat MiniProgram "兄弟云充" on your mobile device, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the number of printable pages appears, tap 充值, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the charge amount list appears, select the option you want to charge, and then tap 充值.
- When the charging is successful, the 充值成功 message appears. Tap 确定.
Add Administrator of Charging Printable Pages
If you added an administrator account already, these steps are unnecessary.
Add an administrator account for charging printable pages. Up to five administrators can be registered.
- Start Brother Mobile Connect on your mobile device.
- Tap Charge Function Settings on the Home screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the 充值管理员账户管理 screen appears, tap the 添加充值管理员 button, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Tap OK.
You can also configure the settings using Web Based Management. Access Web Based Management, tap Charge/Online Functions > Charge/Online Functions Settings in the left navigation menu, and then tap the Online Functions Settings Page button. If the End-User License Agreement (EULA) screen appears, follow the on-screen instructions.
