Cannot Scan ##

The machine has a mechanical issue.

The "##" is a different error message depending on the condition of your machine. 

 

Remove the document.

Unplug the machine from the power for several minutes, and then reconnect it.
If the issue continues, contact Brother customer service from "Contact Us".
