The QL series printers, PT-9500pc, and the PT-9200DX are supported by the PS-9000.

For QL-1050 uses,
If your version of the PS-9000 is earlier than Ver.1.2.0, you need to update the PS-9000 firmware to Ver.1.2.0 or later. Download the file from the download page, and then update your PS-9000 by following the instructions.

For QL-650TD users,
You need to download and install the latest version of the PS-9000 Setup Utility (ver.1.2.002 or later).
The QL-650TD printer driver for network is included in the PS-9000 Setup Utility.

For QL-500/550 uses,
If your version of the PS-9000 is earlier than Ver.1.2.0, then it is not compatible with the QL-500/550.
A firmware update is necessary to make the PS-9000 compatible with the QL-500/550.
Download the file from the download page, and then update your PS-9000 by following the Manual/readme.

Furthermore version 4.1.101 or later of P-touch Editor is necessary.

For PT-9200DX users,
The printer driver supplied with the machine cannot be used. Install the printer driver included on the PS-9000 CD-ROM, and not the one that comes with the PT-9200DX.
