The video quality is fuzzy.
OmniJoin will automatically adjust within the limits of each participant's video peripheral (not all cameras support high resolution), processor power and bandwidth availability. If the camera, processor power, or bandwidth do not permit, you may not achieve your desired video quality settings. Click here to see the details of how to change video resolution.
If video quality is still fuzzy, follow the steps below.

Check the system requirements.
If you don't meet the system requirements, OmniJoin may not work well.
For more information on the system requirements, refer to the latest User's Guide for Computer in the Manuals section of this web site. - Confirm that your computer is connected to the internet (wired connection recommended).

Check your Internet connection rating, you may not have sufficient bandwidth for your desired video settings.
