Check to make sure the webcam is plugged in correctly. (version 6.x.xx.xxx or earlier)
Please follow the steps below to check to make sure the webcam is plugged in correctly:
- While in an OmniJoin meeting, select the Video tab.
Select Device Settings.
Configurator dialog will appear. If a webcam is connected correctly, the camera name will be displayed on the pull-down menu under Selected Device.
