Check to make sure the webcam is plugged in correctly. (version or earlier)

Please follow the steps below to check to make sure the webcam is plugged in correctly:

  1. While in an OmniJoin meeting, select the Video tab.
  2. Select Device Settings.

    Select the Video tab and Device Settings
  3. Configurator dialog will appear. If a webcam is connected correctly, the camera name will be displayed on the pull-down menu under Selected Device.
