How can I limit remote control, hand-outs, and file transfer features?
If you are the meeting room owner, you can create meetings with specific controls, or edit existing meeting room settings.
- Login to My Account web portal page.
- Select Meetings.
- Click Schedule a Meeting, fill in the required items, and click Move to Advanced settings. (or otherwise Show Detail and Edit to change an existing meeting setting).
- Click on the Security/Options tab. Configure meeting room feature controls and participant privileges as you wish.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
If you are a systems administrator, you can turn off or limit these live sharing and many other features for all users in a Profile by using the following steps.
- Login to My Account web portal page with an administrator account.
- Select Profiles from the Administration menu.
- From the list, select the profile which is applied to the account you want to limit the features.
- Click the Advanced Options tab.
- Configure feature controls and settings as you wish. Once saved, these settings apply to all users in a Profile and all their meeting rooms.
- Click Save in the lower left of the screen.
