 I cannot save My Meeting Files. (version or earlier)

Check the following:


  1. Select [Yes] in the dialog box below.
    * The above information is displayed when you click "Shared PowerPoint® files" or "Shared documents".
  2. End the meeting with the file sharing still enabled.
    (Do not click the "Stop Sharing" button.)
  3. Please end the meeting in the correct way.
    Click [Leave Meeting] displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, and then select [End Meeting].
