Vertical streaks appear in my copies.

These types of lines are typically caused by dirt or white out on the scanner area. The scanner is the mechanism that reads the documents that are being sent or copied. This problem is usually resolved by cleaning the white film and the glass strip with a clean, soft, dry, lint free cloth.

If you continue to experience vertical lines, repeat the cleaning process. If the situation persists after multiple cleanings, contact our Customer Service Center.


We recommend unplugging the power cord for safety.
