FAQs & Troubleshooting

This printer is not detected when establishing a Bluetooth® connection.

Check the followings:

 

  1. Check that the Bluetooth icon ( Bluetooth ) appears on the LCD.
    If not, the Bluetooth connection is not established.  To establish a Bluetooth connection, see "How do I connect the printer to my computer via Bluetooth®? (for Windows)" or "How do I connect the printer and my mobile device via Bluetooth®?".
     
  2. Check the Bluetooth settings.
    Specify the Bluetooth settings correctly in the Communication Settings of the Printer Setting Tool. For more information, see "Using the Communication Settings (for Windows)".
     
  3. Check if the printer is connected to any other device.
    Turn off Bluetooth on the device which is connected to the printer, or turn the printer's power off and turn it on again.
