The end of the roll is stuck inside the machine.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Prepare the plastic sheet included with the machine.
  2. Insert the plastic sheet into the printing unit and push the paper.
  3. Remove the plastic sheet.



You can keep this plastic sheet inside the machine as shown below when you are not using it.
