Cause 1
The version of the machine’ software is not compatible with Disney patterns.
Solution 1
Update the machine’s software to the latest version.

Cause 2
The selected Disney pattern cannot be used with this machine.
Solution 2
An activation code for the Disney pattern can only be registered with one cutting machine.
The machine is not the model you selected when registering the Disney pattern collection.
Import the Disney pattern to the model selected when registering the Disney pattern collection.
Disney pattern collection is sold separately.
With the latest version of the machine’s software, it is possible to enlarge / reduce the Disney pattern.
Also, scaling the data is available with this new pattern format. Update the software and download the pattern again.
