E227 appears on the computer screen.
Error message
Cannot recognize the mark of a mat.
Clean the mat. (E227)

Causes 1
The part of the mat that is inserted is dirty.

Solutions 1
Clean the part of the mat that is inserted and its surrounding area with a dry cloth.
Do not use alcohol or water to clean the mat.

Causes 2
Material or masking tape has been attached outside of the adhesive area of the mat, preventing it from being recognized.

Solutions 2
Attach the material while keeping it within the adhesive area of the mat.
