WLAN connection failed. Press [OK] button.
message appears on the LCD.

Failed to set up the wireless connection using the dedicated application “WLAN Assistant Wizard” (WAW <USB>).


Check the following, and then try performing the operation again.

  • Start up WAW <USB> on the computer, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure.
  • Check that the machine and computer are connected with a USB cable.
  • Check the possible causes and solutions for (Err-01) to (Err-05) and for (Err-20).
