A message appears informing to "The optical photoconductor needs to be replaced./ The paper tray is almost empty. " on my Macintosh.
This error message appears when the paper tray is almost empty or the drum unit is near the end of its life.
- Make sure the loaded paper in the paper tray is below the maximum paper mark.
