How can I clear the "Scanner Locked" error message?
The scanner needs to be reset. Turn off the device and then turn it on again.
If the error message continues, leave the MFC for several minutes and try it again.(The MFC can be turned off for up to 4 days without losing faxes stored in the memory.)
