Enable the Brother machine's network interface.
Follow the steps below to enable or disable the Brother machine's network interface.

Press
(Settings) > All Settings > Network > WLAN (Wi-Fi).
If your machine displays the All Settings menu on the Home screen, skip the Settings menu.

Press the Up or Down arrow to select WLAN Enable. Press WLAN Enable.

Do one of the following:

To enable Wi-Fi, select On.

To disable Wi-Fi, select Off.

Press
(Home).
