Adjust the Machine's Volume

- Press Menu.
- Press

to display the [General Setup] option, and then press OK. - Press or to display the [Volume] option, and then press OK.

Adjust the ring volume.
BeepAdjust the volume when you press a button, make a mistake, or after you send or receive a fax.
SpeakerAdjust the speaker volume.
- Press OK.
- Press or to display the [High], [Med], [Low], or [Off] option, and then press OK.
- Press Stop/Exit.
You can also adjust the speaker volume by pressing Hook . Press
