Unpack your Brother machine

Follow the steps below to unpack the machine:

NOTE: Illustrations shown below are from a representative product and may differ from your Brother machine.

 

  1. Open the box.

  2. Remove the Quick Setup Guide, which contains initial installation instructions for your Brother machine.

  3. Remove the package containing printed materials and ink cartridges.

  4. Move the power cord so it does not interfere with lifting the machine.

  5. Remove the packing foam.

  6. Pull the machine out of the box.

    To prevent possible injuries, at least two people should lift the machine.

  7. Remove the plastic bag and the tape.

  8. Open the document cover.
    Open the document cover
  9. Remove the plastic sheet.
    Remove the plastic sheet
  10. Close the document cover.
    Close the document cover
