<STEP1> How to setup Message Centre:

You must set up Message Centre in the following order:

1. Set the Message Store.
2. Record the Message Centre's Outgoing Message(TAD MESSAGE).
3. Activate Message Centre (MC) Mode by pressing the Digital TAD key on the control panel.

<STEP2> Setting the Message Store:

Select the setting from the "Flexible Memory Settings".

1. Press the Menu/Set key on the Control Panel.
2. Press the up or down navigation key and select SETUP MSG CTR,  then MESSAGE STORE. The screen prompts you to choose a DOC (Document) setting.
3. Press the up or down navigation key and select ON (or OFF), and press Menu/Set.
4. The screen prompts you to choose a VOICE setting.
5. Press the up or down navigation key and select your setting from the list (ON, OFF or EXT). Press Menu/Set.
6. Press Stop/Exit.
   

<STEP3> Recording the Message Centre's Outgoing Message (MSG CTR OGM):
Recording the Message Centre's Outgoing Message (MSG CTR OGM) is the second step you need to follow before you can turn on the Message Centre. Make sure your OGM (Outgoing Message) is less than 20 seconds long.

1. Press the Menu/Set key on the Control Panel.
2. Press the up or down navigation key and select SETUP MSG CTR,  then OGM. The screen prompts you to choose an OGM.
3. Press the up or down navigation key to reach MSG CTR OGM.
   

4. Press Menu/Set.
5. Press the up or down navigation key and select RECORD MSG. Press Menu/Set.
6. Pick up the handset to record a message.
   For example:
   Hello. We are unable to take your call at this time. Please leave a message after the signal. If you wish to send a fax, please press *51, wait for the fax tones, then press the start button on your machine.
7. Press Stop/Exit and replace the handset. The Message Center plays your OGM.
8. Press Stop/Exit.
   

<STEP4> Activating Message Centre Mode:

Press and hold the Digital TAD key until the button lights and the screen displays MC:MSG CTR. When Digital TAD light is out, the Message Centre is off.
