Why does my machine display "CHECK SETTING IN LABEL TYPE MODE!" when I try to frame a text?

The Label Type mode should not be set to ROTATE, ROT-REP, PORT, PANEL or FLAG.
Length function [keykey ] and Frame function [key key] are available only when the Label Type mode is set to NORMAL or VERTICAL.
