Text cannot be scanned well. (P-touch Design&Print 2)

You can scan text using your mobile device, and print it on a label.
Check the following if scanned text cannot read correctly.

 

  • Is the text to be scanned missing or blurred?
    If so, it may not be scanned properly.
    Check the text to be scanned.
     
  • Are you scanning handwritten text or a logo?
    Handwritten text or logos may not be scanned properly.
    Scan printed type or text displayed on a device screen.
     
  • Does the text to be scanned have a clear background?
    If not, you cannot scan it properly.
    Adjust the brightness of the background, and scan it again.
     
  • Are your mobile device and the text to be scanned too close?
    If so, you cannot scan the text properly.
    Focus on the text and scan it.
     
  • Is your mobile device connected to the internet?
    You can use the scan function with your mobile device connected to the internet.
    Connect your mobile device to the internet, and scan the text again.
