For QL Series (Except for QL-820NWB)

1. Make sure that the DK roll is set and the front cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press and hold the Cut button for more than one second.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [model name] [version]"

For QL Series (QL-820NWB)

1. Make sure that a 2.4" / 62 mm DK roll is set and the DK Roll compartment cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press the [Menu], [  ] or [  ] button to select the [Information] menu, and then press the [OK] button.
4. Select [Print Configuration] using the [  ] or [  ] button, and then press the [OK] button.
5. Select [All], [Usage Log], [Printer Setting] or [Transfer Data] using the [  ] or [  ] button, and then press the [OK] button to print the report.
6. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [model name] [version]"

For RJ Series

1. Make sure that a roll of 4" / 101.6 mm receipt paper is set and the RD Roll compartment cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press the hold the Feed button until the POWER indicator starts blinking in green.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer = [version]"

For TD-2020/2120N/2130N

1. Make sure that a roll of 2.25" / 57 mm receipt paper is set and the RD Roll compartment top cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press and hold the Print button for more than one second.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer = [version]"

For TD-2310D/TD-2320D/TD-2320DF

1. Turn on the Printer.
2. Press and hold the Function button for two seconds.
3. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [version]"

For TD-2320DSA/TD-2350D/TD-2350DF/TD-2350DSA

1. Turn on the Printer.
2. Press the [Menu], [  ] or [  ] button to select the [Information] menu, and then press the [OK] button.
3. Select [Print Configuration] using the [  ] or [  ] button, and then press the [OK] button.
4. Select [All], [Usage Log], [Printer Setting] or [Transfer Data] using the [  ] or [  ] button, and then press the [OK] button to print the report.
5. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [model name] [version]"

For TD-4000/4100N

1. Make sure that a 2" / 50.8 mm or wider RD roll is set and the RD Roll compartment cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press and hold the Cut button.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [model name] [version]"

For TD-4210D/4410D/4420DN/4520DN

1. Make sure that a 4" / 102 mm or wider RD Roll is set and the RD Roll compartment cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press and hold the Function button for two seconds.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [version]"

For TD-4550DNWB

1. Make sure that a 4" / 102 mm or wider RD Roll is set and the RD Roll compartment cover is closed.
2. Turn on the Printer.
3. Press the [Menu], [  ] or [  ] button to select [Information], and then press the [OK] button.
4. Press the [  ] or [  ] button to select [Print Configuration], and then press the [OK] button.
5. Press the [  ] or [  ] button to select [All], [Usage Log], [Printer Settings] or [Transfer Data], and then press the [OK] button.
6. Press the [  ] or [  ] button to select [Start], and then press the [OK] button.
7. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>". 
   "ProgVer [version]"
