I get an error message while trying to print: "Communication Error Cannot Communicate with the Device". (iPrint&Label)

Confirm that:

  • The printer is turned on.
  • The DK roll or tape cassette is correctly set in the printer.
  • Your mobile device is correctly connected to the printer.
