How do I print multiple copies of a label?

Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Type in the text for the label.

  2. Press the "Function" key.

  3. Press the "Left" or the "Right" arrow key until REPEAT is displayed.

  4. Press the "Return" key, the key with the broken arrow pointing left. The display shows "1-9?".

  5. Press the "Left" or the "Right" arrow key until the number of labels that you want to print appears on the right side of the display.  You can also press key (1-9) corresponding to the number of labels you want.

  6. Press the "Return" key; the machine will begin to print.
  • After printing with the "–" tape margin setting, hold down the "Code" key and then press "Print" key once to feed the tape before pushing in the tape cutter lever to cut it.
  • After printing with the #, ## or ### tape margin setting, push in the tape cutter lever to cut off the tape, and then use a pair of scissors cut along the printed dots (:) to separate the labels.
