[Inkjet printer] How to use the email print function

The e-mail print function is a function that prints the content from the multifunction device simply by sending an e-mail with an attached file or an e-mail with text entered.

  • You can print from a remote location, such as when you are away from home.
  • No printer driver installation is required.

To use the e-mail print function, your Brother machine must be connected to a network with Internet access.

  • Sending print instructions to the multifunction device in the office from outside

  • Share photos with family members living far away

The email print function does not have a password lock function that you enter when printing. If you want to print more safely, please use "Secure Printing (Cloud version)".
