How do I change the printer connected to my Android™ device? (P-touch Design&Print / Design&Print 2)

Follow the steps below to change the printer:

Check that your P-touch Design&Print version is 2.x.x or higher (except for P-touch Design&Print 2).

If it is 1.x.x, update to the latest version.
To check your version, tap [Settings] - [Other] - [Version] in the app.

  1. Start the app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap the [Settings] button ( Settings button ) at the very bottom of the app screen.
  3. Tap “PT-XXXX Layout” on the home screen.
  4. Check that the printer name has changed.
