Wrong Tray Setting or Wrong Tray Settings

The Wrong Tray Setting / Wrong Tray Settings message will appear when the machine's Paper Size and Tray Use settings do not match the size of the paper in the tray you are using.

Check the following points to clear the Wrong Tray Setting / Wrong Tray Settings message.

 

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and try to print again.
  • Configure the paper size setting for the tray according to the on-screen instructions.
