Unusable Device

There are two cases when the display shows this message.

 

  • A broken device is connected to the USB direct interface.
  • A USB device or USB flash drive that is not supported has been connected to the USB direct interface.

Follow the steps below to clear the error message.

 

  1. Disconnect the device from the USB direct interface.
  2. Turn the machine off and then on again.
