FAQs & Troubleshooting

When I load a DK roll in my printer and turn it on, it feeds two labels instead of one.

DK rolls feature a small black square on the back of each label.  The printer recognizes this mark when it passes over the printer's  tape sensor.  When threading the end of the DK Roll into the Label Output Slot, make sure the square is positioned before the tape sensor, so the printer registers and feeds only one label.
