E549 appears on the computer screen.

 

Error message

Failed to load the captured image.
The entire mat was not photographed. Please click on "Watch Video" for solution reference, then, without zooming in capture the entire mat with the image and make sure the entire mat is within the camera frame.  (E549)
 

 

 

  • Causes

    The entire mat was not photographed.
     

  • Solutions
    - Photograph the entire 12 in x 12 in (305 mm x 305 mm) cutting mat with nothing else around your mat. 
    - Do not take the photo too close to the mat.
