E548 appears on the computer screen.

 

Error message

Failed to load the captured image.
The photo is too small. Please click on "Watch Video" for solution reference, then, without zooming in capture the entire mat with the image and make sure the entire mat is within the camera frame.  (E548)
 

 

 

  • Causes
    The photo is too small.
     
  • Solutions
    -  Do not take the photo at a far distance from the mat. 
    - Take the photo without zooming and so the entire mat completely fills the camera screen.
