The error message of Status Monitor is different from the error message of the Brother Machine or the FAQ.

The error message of the Status Monitor is different from the error message of the Brother Machine's display or when you click Troubleshooting of Status Monitor, the incorrect FAQ is indicated.

 

This issue may be resolved by updating the Status Monitor to the latest version.
Follow the procedure below.

 

  1. Download the Status Monitor update tool to the temporary folder.
    > Click here to download the Status Monitor update tool.
  2. Double click on the downloaded file.
  3. The installation will start. Please follow the installation directions.
