Check that the position of feeder release lever on the right side of the machine.

(2) Roller
(3) Feed roller lock dial
(4) Feeder release lever
If the lever is in the unlock position(), lock the feeder release lever by pushing up to the lock position ().
If an error message appears even if the feeder release lever is in the lock position, turn off the machine and on again. If the message still appears, contact Brother Customer Service.
