Cannot Print ##

When the Cannot Print ## message appears on the status monitor, the following LED indications is shown on the control panel. 

The Toner, Drum and Paper LEDs are on.

 

Cannot Print

 

The error message "Cannot Print ##" is an indication that the machine has a mechanical issue. The "##" is a different error message depending on the condition of your machine. The "##" is a 2-digit number or alphabet. 

For example, Cannot Print 32Cannot Print ZC, etc.

 

Press and hold Power(Power) to turn the machine off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again.

 

If the error message continues, there is an issue on the sensor, motor or substrate and so on. The machine will require a service, contact Brother Customer Service from the "Contact Us" section.
