Self-Diagnostic

When the Self-Diagnostic message appears on the status monitor, the following LED indications is shown on the control panel. 

The Toner, Drum, Paper and Ready LED blinks.

Cause

  • The fuser unit does not work correctly.
  • The fuser unit is too hot.

 

Action

Press and hold Power(Power) to turn the machine off, wait a few seconds, and then turn it on again.

Leave the machine idle for 15 minutes with the power on.
