For HL-5140 and HL-5150D The printer has 16 MB of standard memory and a lost for optional additional memory. The memory can be expanded up to a total of 144 MB by installing a commercially available DIMM.
For HL-5170DN The printer has 32 MB of standard memory and a lost for optional additional memory. The memory can be expanded up to a total of 160 MB by installing a commercially available DIMM.
