I cannot print from GIMP on Linux.
Do the following.

Open GIMP.

Check the [Command] field in [Setup Printer].
-
If the command is "lp -s -dXXXXX -oraw" or similar, change it to "lpr -P XXXXX" (where XXXXX is the model name).
