Unable to Scan XX
Your Brother machine has a mechanical problem.
Turn the machine off and then on by unplugging the machine from the AC power outlet (electrical socket) and then plugging the machine again.
If the error is not cleared after turning the machine off and then on, make a note of the error message on the LCD and report it to your dealer or to Brother Customer Service from “Contact Us”.
