When I search for devices using Mobile Cable Label Tool, Brother iPrint&Label or Mac, the printer cannot be detected.
You need to update to the latest firmware.
When you update the firmware from a mobile device using Mobile Transfer Express (Mobile Application), use infrastructure mode, not Wireless Direct.
We recommend updating the firmware using a computer by connecting a USB cable to the printer.
