“Cannot unload the mat. Pull the mat after turning the machine off.” message appearing on the LCD touchscreen display. What does it mean?

 

When the Cannot unload the mat. Pull the mat after turning the machine off message appears although the mat is not inserted into the machine, solve this problem according to the following procedure.

 


Cause

The machine may not be recognized if debris or cutting particles are inside of it or near the rollers.  These pieces need to be removed.

 

 

 

Solution

Loose cutting particles or material debris in the back of the shaft around the black roller according the following procedure.
 

 

  1. Turn off the machine.


     
  2. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, and then disconnect the AC power cord from the AC power jack on the back of the machine.

  3. Pull up the holder lock lever and remove the blade holder from the carriage.

  4. Hold the carriage on the left side of the machine with your hand and move to the right side slowly.

    Hold the white cover and move to the right side slowly.

 

 

 

  1. Loose cutting particles or material debris around the black roller in the back of the shaft using tweezer is sold in the market.

  2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.


     
  3. Press image in the operation panel to turn on the machine.
