Enable or disable the Brother machine's USB interface.
Follow the steps below to enable or disable the Brother machine's USB interface.

Open the front cover.

Press and hold
(Scan to PC) and 
together for about five seconds until the machine beeps.

To disable USB: press and hold (Scan to PC) and
together for about five seconds until the machine beeps.

The machine reboots.
