Important Notes before Updating

     
    • It is not possible to update the firmware unless the following conditions are met on your machine.
      • The machine is not scanning a document.
      • The machine is not receiving or processing the data. (Make sure the Data LED is off or not blinking)
      • Scanner Driver must be installed on your computer.
      • Make sure that there is no data left in the machine memory when running the firmware update tool.

How to Install

  1. Download the target file to your Macintosh. The downloaded file is saved in the "Downloads" folder.
  2. Double click "[file name].app" in the folder.
  3. Click "Search".
  4. Select your device from the "Destination" list.
  5. Click "Start Update".
