    How to check the firmware version:

    1. Connect your PC and printer with a USB cable and turn the printer on.
    2. Run P-touch Editor and select [Software Information Scan] from the [Help] menu.
    3. Click [Retrieve Information].
    4. Select your printer from [Printer status] in [Item Name:], then see [ProgVer] for the firmware version.
