How do I adjust the print position of each color?

There are two ways to adjust the print position of each color.
If you want to perform the registration automatically, follow the auto registration instruction below.
If you want to perform the registration manually, follow the manual registration instruction below.


Adjusting the print position of each color automatically (Auto Registration) :

  1. Press + or - button to choose "Color Correction". Press OK.
  2. Press + or - button to choose "Auto Regist.". Press OK.
  3. Check "Registration" is displayed on the LCD. Press OK.
  4. Press OK again.
    Now the print position of each color is adjusted automatically.

If you want to set the interval time to perform the auto registration, do the following:

  1. Press + or - button to choose "Color Correction". Press OK.
  2. Press + or - button to choose "Auto Regist.". Press OK.
  3. Press + or - button to choose "Frequency". Press OK.
  4. Press + or - button to choose "Low","Medium", "High" or "Off". 
    "Medium" is configured as the default setting for the interbal time.
  5. Press OK.

Adjusting the print position of each color manually (Manual Registration) :

  1. Press + or - button to choose "Color Correction". Press OK.
  2. Press + or - button to choose "Manual Regist.". Press OK.
  3. Check "Print Chart" is displayed on the LCD. Press OK. 
    The color registration chart will be printed.
  4. Press + or - button to choose "Color Correction". Press OK.
  5. Press + or - button to choose "Manual Regist.". Press OK.
  6. Press + or - button to choose "Set Registration". Press OK.
  7. Set the color registration referring to the instruction on the Color Registration Chart.
  8. After finishing all the instructions on the Color Registration Chart, press OK.
    Now the print position of each color is adjusted manually.
