My computer cannot access the SD card via the Micro USB Cable.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:


  • Check if the Micro USB Cable is connected to your computer.

    If not, connect the Micro USB Cable to your scanner and your computer.


  • Check if SD is displayed on scanner's display (hereinafter called LCD).

    If PC is displayed on the LCD instead of SD, your scanner is in TWAIN mode.

    Press Start / OK, and then display SD on the LCD to change to Mass Storage mode (SD mode).


  • Check if the Wi-Fi® switch is set to OFF.

    If not, slide the Wi-Fi® switch to OFF.


  • Check if a document is being scanned from your scanner.

    If so, wait until the scanning is finished. The SD card's folder will be displayed on your computer screen when scanning is finished.
