Program my machine to send a fax later in the day.

You can use the Delayed Faxing feature to store up to 50 faxes in the machine's memory to be sent within the next 24 hours.

You can only use Delayed Faxing to send black and white faxes.

To use Delayed Faxing, follow these steps:


  1. Press Fax.

  2. Place the document you want to send face up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or face down on the flat scanner glass.

  3. Press the Up or Down arrow key to choose Delayed Fax.

  4. Press the Left or Right arrow key to choose On and press OK.

  5. Use the dial pad to enter the time you want the fax to be sent.

    • You must enter the time in 24-hour fomat. For example, enter 1, 9, 4, 5 to send the fax at 7:45 PM.

    The number of pages you can scan into the machine's memory depends on the amount of data that is printed on each page.
