My outline is sewing off the pattern

This happens when the fabric is not set in the embroidery frame correctly or the upper thread is too tight.

 


  1. incorrect backing material (stabilizer) is put on the fabric. A thick stabilizer has to be used for elastic or thin fabric.

  2. Check the fabric is set tight in the frame 

  3. Decrease the upper thread tension manually to the basic thread tension setting or less.
