This is Firmware to update your printer using a network connection. To learn how to find out what version of firmware you have, please follow the instructions below:
1. Make sure that the DK roll is set and the front cover is closed.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Press and hold the Cut button.
4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under “<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>”.
“ProgVer QL-XXXXX VerX.XX”

    To learn how to find out what version of firmware you have, please follow the instructions below:

    1. Make sure that the DK roll is set and the front cover is closed.
    2. Turn on the printer.
    3. Press and hold the Cut button.
    4. When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under “<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>”.
      “ProgVer = VX.XX”
     
    After reading the Licence Agreement, click the "Agree to the EULA and Download" button if you agree. The file download will start. If the download does not start automatically, click the link "If your download does not start automatically, please click here.".
